Super cool vintage find from designer Norma Kamali.
Features a wide rounded square neckline and long sleeves in a crushed navy blue velvet
The best part is the sleeves extend down the hand into a fingerless "glove" with an attached thumbhole
Note that there are not holes for each finger, just the thumbhole.
