I do not know the model number. Weighs approximately 26lb and measures approximately 8in across and approximately 3in tall. UL TL-15 Burglary No. 146107. One screw does look to be stripped, but can be changed. Have tested and does work. Being sold as is, please see pictures as they are part of the description. Combination is inside of envelope.
